The first point to mention here is that the role of a plastic surgery clinic is that it is a business. Experience
As you can imagine, the experience of the surgeon is a critical factor in how they price up their work, and a surgeon with 20 years of experience is always going to be able to charge more than someone who is fresh out of medical school. So much of the training which plastics go through is on the job rather than in the classroom and someone with more experience will have seen more things go wrong and found ways to mitigate or to fix them when they do. Experience is certainly something which plays a big part in the pricing of a service or procedure.
Location
Going to get some botox in a posh neighborhood versus a not-so-posh neighborhood is also going to have a difference in price, even though they are probably using the same products. This occurs because of two reasons, firstly the status of working in such an area, and knowing that the residents would pay the money, and the second is that rental prices are likely to be significantly higher and so they need to make more in order to cover the higher priced overheads.
Reputation
Finally we have the reputation of the surgeon who is carrying out the procedures, if they have been working with high profile individuals for example, then they are going to bump up their prices. The higher the status and the better the reputation, the bigger a price the surgeon can put on their services.
